Toronto’s largest rental management company is looking to add 3 call center reps to our team.
We generate over 6000 leads per month and we’re growing.
We are seeking a call center specialist, with a strong focus on customer service, to manage our lead volume, by phone and email.

Report to: Property Maintenance Services Supervisor
We have 2 full time positions available:
5 Days a week
Business Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm EST. Monday through Friday.



Main Duties
Primary responsibilities
1. Respond to all e-mail/ website/ phone inquiries and ensure follow up until completion of lead cycle
2. Accurately assess the needs, qualifications and suitability of all incoming telephone inquiries for the agents
3. Provide proper notice to current tenants regarding showings and acquire confirmation if entrance to their suite is needed
4. Follow up with potential tenants within 24 hours of showings to provide additional information, coordinate a showing at another location if requested and walk them through application process, if applicable.
5. Confirm move in appointments with potential tenants after the lease has been received and signed
6. Be knowledgeable of lease terms, specifications and all community policies
7. Assisting prospective tenants by matching them up with properties best suited for them
8. Assisting the leasing reps with various tasks
1. Excellent verbal and written English.
3. Previous experience working directly with AirBNB call center or hotel management industry is preferred.
4. Impeccable phone manners a MUST!
5. Ability to manage conversations with potentially difficult clients
6. Ability to multi-task, taking calls and setting appointments or looking up other pertinent information in a timely manner
7. Understands the importance of being efficient on the phone and meeting company’s expectations with lead response times
A solid experience and understanding of handling Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Sales and Telemarketing and Virtual Business Assistant ranging from Real Estate, Lead Generation and Appointment Setting.
